Life is short! You cannot fulfill everyone. Enjoy your life with people you can aligned with and let go those who cannot align with you.
Something to remember or not remember, something to learn, something to say or not to say, something to let go and etc.
Make the life objective clear and enjoy it. Forget those objects and incidents that make you feel suffered, sad, depressed, etc.
We have rights to make our decision to let go and leave it. People will think these action is consider escape from problems. Why cared about the problems? When the problems is not under your control, pestering you days and nights and made you sad and worry, people is not going to cooperate and align with you. Who cares? We have to care ourselves before we care others. If we are not able to care ourselves, do you think you can care others?
